2016 Nonno's Block Zinfandel

The fruit was harvested at night and then destemmed to open top fermenters. The crushed grapes were kept cold for 4 days to extract the beautiful color and classic Zinfandel flavors, followed by 18 days of fermentation. After pressing, the wine was put to barrel. We used a combination of new French oak and new American oak where the wine was aged for 16 months. Only 141 cases produced.
